Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Monday February 7, 2022 in his 79th year. Barney Barnes of Pembroke, beloved husband of Dianne Barnes (nee Plath). Loved father of Tammy Hendrickson (Jed), Nova Scotia, Deborah Barnes (Dan Morin), Chapleau, Ont. and Angela Genoe (Gerald), Pembroke. Loving grandfather to Sophie, Seth, Timothy, Baylee and Brianne and 4 great grandchildren.
Dear brother to Ronald, Douglas, Johnny, Gerald, Bobby, and the late Margaret Hoffman and late James Adams. Son of the late Jack and Lillian (nee Adams) Barnes. Sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. In memory of Barney donations to the OSPCA would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Murphy Funeral Home, Pembroke.
