We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our loved Christine Keats (nee Wammes), surrounded by her loving family, following a courageous battle with cancer, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, on Saturday December 18, 2021 at the age of 39 years.
Christine Keats of Pembroke is the beloved wife of Troy Keats and loved and cherished mother to Logan and Benjamin Keats. Christine is the daughter of Catherine Wammes (nee Van Den Hoven) and the late John Wammes. Christine will be loved and sadly missed by her sisters and brother Teresa Wammes, Brian Wammes (Andrea), Joanne Stier (Rob), her sisters-in-law Tania, Tracy (Rick), Tiffany Piercy (Mark) and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Oswald and Doris Keats as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Christine’s Life will be held on Thursday December 23 at 2:00 p.m. in Shady Nook Recreation Centre, 80 Richardson Crescent Pembroke.
COVID PROTOCOLS MUST BE OBSERVED, SOCIAL DISTANCING AND MASKS MUST BE WORN
In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree in Christine's memory and or donate to your local animal shelter or Renfrew County OSPCA.
