At the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday October 14, 2018 at the age of 49 years. Cpl Derek Wright of Pembroke beloved spouse of Angie O’Halloran. Step-father of Britney O’Halloran and Braydon Van Hoof. Dear son of Murray and Mary (nee Darroch) Wright of Toronto and brother of Lisa Wright (Joe),of Pickering. Derek will be sadly missed by his nephew Scott and niece Hailey, his aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as his military family. A Funeral Service with Military Honours will be on Saturday afternoon, October 20th at 1 o’clock in St. Georges Chapel, Garrison Petawawa.In lieu of flowers and in memory of Derek, donations to Rotel Ottawa 411 Smythe Road or The Guild of The Royal Canadian Dragoons would be appreciated.
