Harshad (Harshy) Patel
Passed away on July 25, 2022 at Marianhill, Pembroke ON. He was 88 years old. Harshy is survived by his Sister (Madhu), two Nieces (Kaia and Sabrina), Nephew-in-laws (Bruce and Peter) and grandnephew Niko. We are reminded at this time of his love of traveling around the world, love of good food and his lasting love of Deep River and his home. Nothing could get him to depart his lovely town and its people. The family was so proud of his work at AECL his whole career and the nieces recall the family day visits to the labs. He cared for us like a father and we will miss him dearly. We would also like to thank all the staff at Marianhill who cared for him with such kindness in his last 2 years.
